Brittney Harris

Brittney HarrisBrittney Harris is a Certified Yogafit Instructor. Brittney is from Batesville, Arkansas and is a graduate of Harding University. She is passionate about using the power of yoga to help you reach your life and health goals.

Brittney tailors each practice to the needs and capabilities of each student – whether it is your first time or you are a master yogi, Brittney will make sure you are getting the maximum benefit from the session.

Our Services


We offer a variety of styles of yoga that are tailored to each class. These include vinyasa flow, pranayama, Yogafit, and restorative.

Yoga poses foster the correct alignment of the spine and spinal cord allowing the nervous system to function properly. If the spine is not straight or there is an imbalance from side to side, the nerve impulses from the brain to the body and back become distorted. Yoga at Back in EmotionPressure on the delicate nerves of the associated vertebral structures and muscles creates interference. When this interference is corrected with yoga, it can help detoxify the body,  increase breath control, increase physical tone, improve moods and provide many other positive results.

Our instructors will work with you and your individual abilities to get the greatest benefit from participation in class or through private one-on-one instruction.

Fitness Assessment

Brittney will work one-on-one with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. She will spend time with you to understand your needs to design a program that is built especially for you. She will then work with you through coaching and counseling as needed to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your program and exercise regimen.


Here is our fee schedule:

  • Single drop-in class – $10
  • Pre-paid –
    • 5 classes – $45 ($9 / class)
    • 10 classes – $85 ($8.50 / class)
  • Private session –
    • 1 hour – $80
    • 30 min – $45
  • Fitness assessment – $49.95
