If the times listed are not convenient for you, please let us know days and times that are best for you and we will add more classes to the the schedule where there is sufficient interest.
- Monday: 9:00 am (75 min class)
- Tuesday: 6:30 pm (75 min class)
- Wednesday: 1:00 pm (60 min class)
- Thursday: 5:00 pm (60 min class), 6:30 pm (75 min class)
Here is our fee schedule:
- Single drop-in class – $10
- Pre-paid -
- 5 classes – $45 ($9 / class)
- 10 classes – $85 ($8.50 / class)

Kenslee Etheredge is a passionate, energetic instructor who will help you bring out the best in yourself and help you achieve your goals. As a trained yoga instructor, Kenslee has personally experienced the many health benefits of yoga. She strives every day to ignite the passion for life in others through her positive and supportive approach. Kenslee’s passion for teaching comes from her desire to share how yoga can teach one to love their body, and empower one to become their best mental and physical self.
Kenslee was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She is excited to be a part of the growth in our yoga community. When Kenslee is not teaching or taking yoga classes, she enjoys traveling, spending time in her hammock at different parks around Northwest Arkansas, and playing with her dog, a Bichon Frise named Gidget.

Yoga at Back in Emotion
Yoga poses foster the correct alignment of the spine and spinal cord allowing the nervous system to function properly. If the spine is not straight or there is an imbalance from side to side, the nerve impulses from the brain to the body and back become distorted. Pressure on the delicate nerves of the associated vertebral structures and muscles creates interference. When this interference is corrected with yoga, it can help detoxify the body, increase breath control, increase physical tone, improve moods and provide many other positive results.
Back in Emotion prides itself on not only having great yoga instructors with excellent technique, but on people who are truly interested in helping you achieve optimal health through yoga. Our instructors will work with you and your individual abilities to get the greatest benefit from participation in class or through private one-on-one instruction.
Whether you have never done yoga before or are very advanced, we will focus on ensuring you get the most out of your yoga experience.
